I am really happy, you had pop up new support, but I saw the setup download link is also old version, could you please upload a latest version?

Thanks

The (TypeLoadException) message was unclear to me. I installed .NET CF 3.5 and i works very well!!! Great!

The only issue with my HTC touch2 and YABOG; i was unable to quit the application (my device is touch only). I had to remove the battery! :)

Thanks, and keep going!

Im looking for a nice and simple graphic library for 2d graphics on windows mobile. WiMoGF looks promising!!!

I installed the framework and downloaded the YABOG sample project. YABOG works very smooth in the emulator (6 & 6.5)! Nice work!

After I wanted to see this working on my Windows Mobile device (a HTC Touch2, QVGA). I copied all the files (the .exe + all .dll files) from the debug folder. When I start YABOG the app crashes with the message:

TypeLoadException, Unable to find type WiMo.Games.WM5.GameEngine from WiMo.Games.WM5, Version 1.0.3593.36729. The assembly ("WiMo.Games.WM5.dll") is in the same directory.

What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this problem? Thanks!!

Greetings!

New Post: Multi-Resolution Graphics Strategy (Windows Mobile Target)

Since Windows Mobile supports different DPI’s it may be desirable to supply assets that are higher resolution for higher DPI type devices. This can be accomplished by creating a directory off of your main content directory that is named the value for the DPI you are targeting, and then putting our graphics assets in those directories.

Example:
If your device is 640x480 or 800x480, the DPI is most likely 192. If it is 320x240 it is most likely 96.

So for a device with 192 DPI, it will look for the asset Ball.png in this directory first.
/Content/192/Ball.png

If the asset is not there, it will then look in the default location, without the DPI sub-directory.
/Content/Ball.png

This works with both files on the device and embedded resources.
